Shipping and Returns
All of our boxes are sent using Royal Mail second class shipping. This means that they should usually be with you 2-3 business days after dispatch.
Please note that all of the bumper boxes, and some of the mini-packs, are too large to fit through a standard letterbox. In order to make sure that you receive your box on time, you may need to ensure that you have a safe space set up for your postman to leave the package.
If it’s been more than 14 days since your order was dispatched and you still haven’t received your package, please contact us at email@example.com and we’ll investigate, sending out a replacement (at no extra charge) if necessary.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We know that you'll love your box when it arrives but, if for any reason you find yourself disappointed, just return it to us for a full refund.
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your delivery if you are unhappy for any reason. You just need to let us know that you intend to return your box, and give us your name and order number so that we can make sure the refund or exchange goes to the right person. We will then issue you with a Returns Authorisation number.
- Package up the contents as best you can and return the box to us at Lucky Gecko, PO Box 1567, Tring, HP23 9BU. Make sure you include the Returns Authorisation number so that we can track everything properly, and ask for proof of postage from the Post Office.
- Once the box arrives, we'll get in touch with you to see if we can replace the box with an alternative or else issue you a full refund, including your original shipping costs. Please note that the cost of returning the box to us will not be refunded.
